The Social Justice & Special Assistance, Government of Maharashtra, provides this scholarship to encourage backward class students for Post-Matric courses. The scheme is known as Government of India Post-Matric Scholarship for SC including Nav Buddha students, OBC, SBC, and VJNT students.

Who can apply for Govt of India Post-Matric Scholarship?

1) A student must pass class 10
2) SC students family whose annual income should not more than Rs 2 lakh
3) OBC students family whose yearly income should not exceed Rs 1 lakh
4) SBC students family whose yearly salary should not cross Rs 1 lakh
5) VJNT students family whose annual income should not more than Rs 1 lakh
6) A candidate must be the domicile of Maharashtra state
7) A student must not repeat in the same class
8) Students must pass the previous year examination
9) Those students whose family income is up to Rs 6 lakhs will get a free ship (Educational fee, Examination fee & other fees only)

3) The candidates will receive an OTP on their mobile number
4) Next, complete the registration process by filling all the required details

How much reward is to be given under Govt of India Post-Matric Scholarship?

1) Scheduled Castes including Nav Buddha students will get INR 230 p.m. to INR 550 p.m. for boys and girls (day scholar) and INR 380 p.m. to INR 1200 p.m. for boys and girls (Hostellers)
2) OBC students will get INR 90 to INR 190 Per Month (day scholar) and INR 150 to INR 425 per month (Hostellers)
3) SBC students will get INR 90 to INR 190 Per Month (day scholar) and INR 150 to INR 425 per month (Hostellers)
4) VJNT students will get INR 90 to INR 190 Per Month (day scholar) and INR 150 to INR 425 per month (Hostellers)
